H10 Vintage Salou

Hotel and food and customer service ok, albeit a bit busy at times, particularly at breakfast in the restaurant. Friendly and helpful staff and good housekeeping with nice clean rooms (not enough storage though). What wasn’t so good was the daily/nightly entertainment. Poolside at times was just noise. The shows in the evening were popular but not our thing. Note that sometimes they remove towels if you try and get a sunbed, but don’t do this all the time, or inform you in advance.

My stay was from July 16 to 20, I went with my partner, like every year everything was great, varied buffet and everything delicious and very good service, (thanks Ana, Fátima, Paloma) the bar staff all very kind and friendly (thanks Joel, Melani, Jonathan), reception likewise very attentive and helpful with us (right now I don't remember everyone's name), (what I like is seeing the same workers year after year, it's like being at home) the room always clean, the pool entertainment very fun, the guys give it their all to make our day fun and it is appreciated, and we liked seeing as I said before the same guys (Arian, Iván and David). Every year arriving at the hotel and seeing the team is like being with friends, although of course, they are working. Perhaps what I did not like is the night entertainment, I liked it more years ago, with its nine o'clock bingo and there were better performances, this year it seemed very poor to me (lucky for the World Cup that entertained us), I would only save the Quiz, the karaoke was boring, and the musical bingo was pathetic with a host trying to be funny without being funny at all and being very invasive with the customers, and on top of that not even a gift for the winner, pathetic, it made me feel embarrassed for him. In general everything was wonderful, but I liked the night entertainment of other years more.

Arian and Ivan were absolutely fantastic and really made the pool side Entertainment experience unforgettable. They were friendly, energetic, and full of jokes that kept everyone laughing from start to finish. Their enthusiasm was contagious, and they created such a fun, welcoming atmosphere for everyone. There was a great variety of activities to suit all ages and interests, so everyone could join in and have a brilliant time. Arian and Ivan made sure everyone felt included, and they always had a way of bringing a smile to everyone's face. Their humour, energy, and dedication made the whole experience unforgettable. I would highly recommend H10 Vintage Salou, especially with Arian and Ivan leading the poolside fun!
