Hotel Plaza Miami

We really can't recommend this place to anyone. We are not demanding, however, an ice-cold room (with broken draft window), terribly smelly bathrooms and unfriendly reception can not be recommended. We went to the 2. Night waived (despite payment) and left rather. Too bad that so little emphasis is placed on hospitality and ambience. Apparently not by necessity. Never again!!!

Small charming hotel with a nice well maintained pool; clean room with air conditioning that works very well; simple but hearty breakfast; we enjoyed staying there

Dirty rooms. We had to change three times and yet the sink left much to be desired. The taps very rusty and full of lime. The shower floor with dirt. It was disgusting. Towels and sheets with spots and were between grey and brown (assumed q were white) The service... unpleasant The only thing saved is the pool. Small enough. Come on... I'm not coming back. It also seems that the parking has different prices according to the Manuel (we do not pay but others do. And some cockroach strolled around wide A disaster
