We have been here for a few days but very comfortably, the stay was good, the food was good (a bit repetitive), the pool was good (a bit crowded because it is small for the hotel's capacity), and I must say that the lifeguards at the pool were 'AWFUL'; they were asked for a band-aid and neither had one nor knew how to provide a solution, and they are just there doing nothing and are half-hidden looking for shade... Other than that, we were very well, the hotel entertainment was scarce but very good,

Well, look, the first day we arrived, the air conditioning in the room was not working. We informed the front desk, and they did not say okay, but it was not just us who reported it; our supervisors also notified them. They told us they would call the technician, and the technician never showed up. It was a few unpleasant nights during which we could not sleep due to the heat. In contrast, the other rooms had functioning air conditioning. The room was 224. Please check the air conditioning for the next guests.

I had made a reservation for this Friday through Booking, and the filter shows that they accept pets. I called the hotel to inquire about the cost of accommodating my dog because it indicates there may be additional fees, and when I called, they told me they do not accept pets and that I should deal with Booking. It was a last-minute reservation, and everything was already paid online, and the booking policy was non-refundable. I am extremely disappointed; I had everything prepared, and at the last minute, I have to look for other options. Thank goodness I decided to call, because otherwise, we would have ended up sleeping on the street with the dog. It is important that they address these issues; it is a blatant scam to say they accept pets and then not follow through.
