The provided phone number was always disconnected; two people tried to get the key for over 30 minutes on the phone. Eventually, it worked out. The code for the garage was incorrect. There was mold in the apartment, and the paint on the ceiling is peeling off. The bathroom doors could not be closed because the door was stuck. In the kitchen, the paneling on the cabinets and the kitchen floor was coming off. All in all, the apartment is uninhabitable due to the mold infestation, in my opinion, until all repairs are completed.

I feel the need to contact the hotel through this forum as I have been unable to get a response through your contact form or by email. Can you please provide me with the telephone number or details on how to get the keys to our apartment when we arrive after 8pm on Friday 1st May. Thank you!

On arrival I was asked to pay for parking while at no time in the reservation it is noted that the parking was paid. The taxes were not the same as the one noted in the reservation so say they increased a short time ago.
