Excellent! A very good, exceptional stay.

Great holiday although disappointing housekeeping as the room wasn’t cleaned properly, no bed changing for the whole 5 day stay. Some unfriendly comments when ordering snacks from one bar tender in particular who didn’t like to use the kitchen. Meals were good, bad aftertaste from sangria, majority of staff were lovely, woken on a few separate occasions due to noisy people in the hotel.

when we arrived we all thought oh no what a mistake, there was a childrens football event with loads of children maybe age 8, the pool is very small for the size of the hotel, once the children had left on day 3 it was much better as they took over the pool. Resturant staff were amazing, they work so hard, I like the fact it was ok to take the bottled waterback to your room, we had fridges in the room. The bath towels! i put them out on the balcony to dry, they dont need changing daily, even the sign in the bathroom said put them on the floor if you want them changing, yet the cleaners went outside and took them away, and replaced them, in the end i put do not disturb outside on my door. Reception helpfull, i like to hire the towels and always happy to swop for a clean one if needed. Great choice of food, and i am fussy, 8 girls and we all loved the food! I dont like the fact you have to go to the resurant even if you only want a snack like a toastie, they will not give you one at the bar when the resturant is open! not everyone wants to get dressed and go to the resturant esspessially if you have children, every day! Good choices of all inclusive ice creams, and cornetto style ice creams. You can even get branded spirits on the AI as well Entertainment is ok but not much of it, but plenty of nightlife just outside the hotel. transfer time, 2 hours from the airport, we also had to wait for 20 mins when we arrived
