Dream Noelia Sur

Our 3rd Year Returning to Tigotan, and it remains consistent! Familiar Face Lucille still in the restaurant making our dining experience 10/10 every day! The New Entertainment Team are excellent, Fran is a breath of fresh air, genuinely happy every day and really animated with every Activity! Karolina deserves praise for her approach too! She’s really genuine, she’s always got time to talk with guests and is really professional, got us involved in every single activity! All round a great time yet again!

Excellent food, pool area and rooftop bar for great photo opportunities

Hotel was very nice and in a great location. Lots of activities to do during the day and night and facilities were good as well. Lots of sun loungers at the pool but pretty much all gone if not done by 10:30. Breakfast buffet had lots of options. Rooms were cleaned in a daily basis. Only issue we had was that the room seemed to have cockroaches in it every so often. Other than that there’s no complaints.
