Hotel Troya

Got back today and generally disappointed. As soon as got there at reception staff didn’t greet you or acknowledge you had to wait and didn’t tell you anything about hotel. Mainly catered For Spanish. Just one bar open outside. Room service wasn’t replenished. No staff smiled and un helpful. Food was poor and worst all inclusive I have known and ended up Eating out most days and any additional Snacks wanted had to pay for. And check out it at 12 and additional drinks had to Be paid for and voucher for lunch - no THANKYOU keep it! Location was in centre noisy dirty and got Offered drugs. Very disappointed And would not recommend Here at all and even we Wouldn’t go back to Tenerife Because Of experience

What a shame, we came with all the excitement in the world, and it has been a very unpleasant stay. They put us in a triple room, supposedly, but when they added the extra bed, we had to maneuver to access the closet. In the dining room, you feel out of place; some of the employees only watch the clock to see how much time you have to eat, always rushing you, they do not replenish food, and the lines for the grill are endless. When your turn comes, they tell you that the product is sold out. There is hardly any fruit, and if it runs out, it runs out. The attitude of the dining room staff, I won't say all of them, but at least 90% is one of neglect; I understand that people get tired, especially on vacation, but you prepare a trip with all the excitement and effort, and it goes to waste because of these kinds of details. I would not return to this hotel under any circumstances, and of course, I would never recommend it to friends or family. Everything is measured; you order a vermouth for €4.50, and they give it to you drop by drop, literally with a liquor measure; I have never seen anything like it, and I have been traveling for many years. I regret having to make this criticism, but we have felt more like a nuisance than customers coming to enjoy their vacation. I only wish that they are treated on their vacation as we have been treated. Thank you very much.

We have spent a few wonderful days as a family at this hotel on an all-inclusive basis. The kitchen staff were very good, and those who took the orders were super efficient and mostly very friendly. The pool bar staff were super attentive, always trying to please and satisfy. Thank you Juan, Alex, Olivia, Franco, Herzinguer, Esteban, and everyone whose names I don't remember, great professionals, we hope to return. The entertainment staff were a 10. Reading other comments, they mention the buffet is a bit lacking in variety; it is true that it could be expanded in variety, but what they put on the grill is always very varied and high quality, and the themed dinners were also very good. If you go to this hotel as a family, you will surely enjoy it.
