Hotel newly renovated, declared as 4-5*, at in top location. However, potential is not well exploited: > Excessive loud pool sound (>83dB, which is not a normal animation and drives away normal relaxation-seeking guests) > nicely renovated rooms , unfortunately with hardly any storage facilities -> had to live out of the suitcase, which probably does not correspond to any 4* hotel > poorly coordinated and uncontrolled employee (room care) - lack of attention to detail (missing shampoos not replaced, dirty bed varnishes not replaced but simply turned over and used again, room door not snapped open, pillows simply placed on the shoes at the room clean up,.... endless little things that should not meet this standard... > Restaurant : Super friendly and courteous staff. In the beginning good space conditions in the outdoor area, in the 2nd week the places were extremely compacted. The food became a canteen... there is a lack of understanding from the administration that quality should be before quantity > Security: The bar area with music and evening announcement is slightly covered without protective net. 6 floors with balconies are above- in the evening much an object from the 40 floor 3m next to us to the ground. Lucky in misfortune, had this been a glass, there would have been guaranteed injuries. Toddlers could inadvertently slip objects, here the safety of customers is NOT guaranteed. At least European standards would call for a catch-all net here, perhaps more relaxed regulations will apply in Tenerife... ... even if the animation periones and security observed, happened or corrected the incident (so far) nothing... > Custumer relations: Eva - to emphasize here explicitly, offered your help in a friendly and professional manner and then coordinated the many complaints that are not corrected by the teams themselves. Hotel is suitable and recommended for young people with children/teens. The hotel is no longer a recommendation for rest seekers.

Gabriela Arambillete was probably the dearest and best lady in room service I met on all my travels rich breakfast, perfect location, huge outdoor pool and all in a very pleasant ambience. Connection to shops etc. Perfect. Can recommend with a clear conscience. It was now my third stay here

It has been a great experience, we had already been in the hotel and it has always been great, clean, quiet... But now they have renovated it and it has been great, the very comfortable and spacious rooms, the nursery with rock, music room, cinema room,... The best thing about this hotel has always been the staff they have, they are very attentive and friendly. From the people cleaning the room, the cooks, the waiters... Special mention for entertainers of both children and adults: Marina, Alejandro, Orlando, Raul, Betsi, Rosi, Diana, Axel, Virgi, I hope I don't leave any... Always so attentive and friendly. It is 100% recommended that you go with family or couple. It is very well located and everything very clean.
