Only my personal opinion but I think fair. Location, This is thinkbis the only hotel in the area. It isn't a resort at all, more a residential town and aimed at the locals. We struggled to find cocktail bars and sangria once leaving the hotel. A 15 min walk to beach, typical black sand and not for us. 20 mins on the bus to santa cruz which is a proper city and good for shopping. Hotel itself very clean and room cleaned daily. Room a good size and balcony view of the waterfall. Excellent water pressure. Proper power shower. Air con and ceiling fan. Only negative of the room was 1 plug socket!! All inclusive. Best food I've had on an all inclusive. The chefs can cook!!! Plenty of choice, daily menu. Really flavoursome. Best roast beef I've ever had. Food was 5 🌟 Drinks however 3 🌟 In the bars staff made them, and made them strong if that's what your after. The mixers were all a little syrupy for me. At the adult pool it was self service which was good. All pre mixed in a dispenser. Wine, beer, sangria available in the restaurant. Pools. Main pool we only used after the adults pool closed at 5, which was a bit early in my opinion. We were always able to get a sun bed in the morning at the adults pool across the road and most mornings we didn't get there till 10. No one seemed to be saving beds all day without using them. The adults pool had chilled background music. Pool was clean, lovely view and no deep end. The main pool I think had a different louder vibe and you could hear it across the way. I think there was a full programme of activities at the pool. Was aware that people were queuing to reserve from 7am. Pool didn't open till 9. We always got a sun bed at 5pm though. Entertainment. Cabaret bar and good entertainment 9 till 10. There was also early entertainment at the pool bar. Would i come back, only for the food. Nothing wrong with hotel but location not for me.

Genuinely such good value. We got a really good deal and feel we honestly should have paid more. The entertainment staff are unbelievable! Absolutely amazing dancers. There is always something going on and everyone is so welcoming. Some of the loveliest people ever. The buffet is always a big variety with something for everyone and the all inclusive is so worth it. We will be back.

Very large hotel, in two buildings, mainly oriented towards foreign tourism, where guests check in on the day they arrive and check out on the day they depart. Very overcrowded, which leads to having to wait in line in the dining area and especially in the elevators, which are bad, old, slow, and small. Overcrowded pools, both the one in the main building and the one across the road, which can only be accessed by those with all-inclusive packages; they also allow inflatables, balls, etc., in the pool, which takes away the desire to take a swim. Generally pleasant staff. Very noisy dining area, poorly air-conditioned, and very hot. Regarding the buffet, it is fine, with a lot of variety, although the quality is just okay and it becomes very repetitive as the days go by. Wifi works well. Paid safe deposit box. Air conditioning works well. There is nothing around the hotel, just homes, apartments, etc., with an abundance of slopes in all directions, which makes it not advisable for older people or those with reduced mobility. If you rent a car, parking in the surrounding area is free, but very complicated. In short, there is no desire to leave the hotel for a walk because there is nothing attractive in the surroundings and due to the many slopes present. Hotel oriented towards tourists who like to stay in the hotel without going out. Not recommended.
