Lovely hotel with the WoW factor when you walk in the front doors. Very clean and you can tell the colleagues take pride in doing a great job. Sun bed booking system is brilliant and easy to use but if you have any issues the life guards will look after you. We were all inclusive and found only small negatives which were, food was good but it was a bit repetitive, never went hungry though. Cocktails were a bit watery with no depth to them so never had another one after the first. 10 day stay and beds were only changed once. Rooms were very clean however the detail clean in the shower could have been better as there was build up of lime scale/dirt around the bottom of the shower screen. These are only small things and didn’t spoil the holiday. Only mentioned them so maybe the hotel management will be proactive with the comments. We had a free room upgrade which was a nice surprise and unexpected. I was a bit worried about cockroaches but I never saw one. I would recommend this hotel and I would definitely visit again. Thank you to all the colleagues for looking after us and making sure we had a great holiday.

Should have been on a cruise on the Danube last week but due to a lack of water in the river it was cancelled and we ended up at the Inspire and so glad we did. Room was good, entertainment good, sunbed booking system good, buffet really good, staff good. Everything good. Close to beach and walks along the prom. We went half board as we are not big drinkers and felt we had good value.

2nd time at this hotel since it has be refurbished. Once again a fantastic stay. The staff are absolutely fantastic in every area of the hotel. Reception staff very friendly and welcoming, restaurant staff very efficient and brilliant at what they do. All of the bar staff and waiters superb (special shout out to Juan). The animacion team led by Rachael are brilliant along with Nino, Amanda and Natasha. There was one of the team with very short hair, who needs to cheer up and talk to people, but overall the team were great. The rock band and the Abba tribute acts were very good, - some of the other acts not so great, but still enjoyable, (Tina Turner couldn't sing but still had everyone up and dancing). Hotel is spotlessly clean (cleaners are constantly cleaning and tidying) and I think the hotel proves good value for money. Would we come back? Most definitely
