Diamond Apartments

My husband and I had the most relaxing holiday here. The room was beautiful and clean. The cleaners were in nearly every day. The hotel has a very relaxed vibe and the staff are brilliant. Nacho was great, he made us laugh! There were plenty of sunbeds so you didn't need to rush down on a morning. The location is no good if you have mobility issues or children in pushchairs, only because of the very steep hills you need to walk up. However, you can get a taxi or hire a car. We struggled to walk up a few times BUT this is no reflection on the hotel, we would both stay again no problem as the views and atmosphere were second to none. The food was usually very good and the cocktails were refreshing, particularly the Mojitos on a hot afternoon! The only thing we felt was missing, was a little shop in the hotel, where we could buy large bottles of water, milk and fresh bread because of the difficult walk to and from the closest supermarket.

I spent my vacation at this property. Right from the start, I was impressed by the size of the room and the beautiful view. However, it all vanished after a few days seeing how the cleaning was done haphazardly, to the point where I was even left without toilet paper and with the toilet all STAINED pink! Even the items inside the room were moved without being put back in their place, like the trash can. Furthermore, the breakfast was of very poor quality and inedible, with 90% of the products frozen!! Quality-price ratio not up to par. If you don't want to ruin your vacation, choose a more professional establishment, given that there is a wide choice in the surrounding area.

I stayed at the property for 10 nights, and right from the start I realized that the breakfast was not at all high quality, with counted pastries that were purely frozen. From the first to the last day, the selection of pastries never varied. Besides this, the waitress who was the "PERSON IN CHARGE OF THE PROPERTY" never cleaned the tables, never cleared anything away, and was only interested in looking at her cell phone, ignoring the customers and the dirt on the floor. After bringing all this to the property's attention, the manager downplayed the issues by saying that we customers should have pointed out the shortcomings at the very moment they occurred (which is more than absurd). The property's Wi-Fi service never worked from the first to the last day, which is very serious. The reception girls were always helpful and kind, as was the Italian waiter, who was very good and attentive to everything. In conclusion, rooms not bad, but management and breakfast were pathetic.
