Terrible experience. The first night I found blood stains on the sheets and I slept with my partner in a 90cm bed. The next day I went to the front desk, showed the photos, and asked for clean sheets so I could change them myself. The receptionist, Rodrigo, told me up to four times that he could not give me sheets, each time I requested them, even though his colleague later confirmed to me that he could have provided them. Upon checking another room, I also found a sheet with yellow stains and another with brown stains. I called the front desk and asked, please, for them to provide me with a clean one, since I could not sleep in either of the beds. Rodrigo's response was: "Well, sleep on the sofa and housekeeping will change them for you tomorrow," when tomorrow was Thursday and housekeeping does not come on Thursdays. The worst part was not just the lack of hygiene, but the attitude, the manner, and the lack of empathy, manners, and solutions from the front desk, when they could have perfectly helped me at that moment. Furthermore, the housekeeping service leaves much to be desired: it is practically limited to making the beds; they do not clean properly and they do not change the towels as they should. A very unpleasant experience and totally far from what I expect from a hotel. I would not stay here again.

The worst apartment hotel I have been to, it had no cleanliness, you had to wash the plates and things yourself because they were stained, they did not clean the bathroom in the 5 days, the cleaners would come in and what they did was perfume the room because they did not even sweep the floor, the beds were like those in a prison, I mean you would wake up in the morning more tired than when you arrived at night, the first day on top of that without water because they said they had cut it off, to park you have to go like 1 kilometer away and up a very bad hill, to top it off we arrive and they tell us that we have to pay a €100 deposit that they will return to us when we leave, when we are going to leave they tell us that they have changed the card terminal and that they cannot give us the deposit until a week later, when supposedly they were going to give it to us when we left, well they leave us here waiting more than 2 hours for them to call the bank and losing the little time we have left, exactly it is Neptuno costadeje SL with NIF 38052536 calle Cataluña 3, torviscas centro, 38670

Gorgeous aparthotel. We stayed in apartment n6 right next to the pool. Pool amazing and bar open till late. Our room was lovely but very hot. Had to hire a fan for the week which really should be included with having no air con but apart from that everything was fab
