Parque Cattleya

Awful ventilation, im stayed on ground floor and had my door open for air i woken up at 3 in the morning to a man coming threw the door. Poor security no cameras anywhere, none around the whole building.

Do not stay here stay in BARRANCO CHIC APPARTMENTS BY ALEGRIA for around the same price, in the same street. A dump who never turned up or answered any correspondence when i arrived. Also refused to refund my dough. No reception and no way in when you arrive, fortunately the gate was open. Run down and dirty, seen rats and crawlers everywhere. What a kip!!

Booked the place through booking.com. the place was disgusting. Full of flies, rusty bath and full of mould. Grease under the cupboards and dirty equipment. The mattresses was dirty. Electric socket stuck on with cello tape. Tried contacting the owner many times, but no answer!! We ate out every night due to flies in and around the kitchen area. Was washing cups, glasses and small before we used them. Certainly wont be booking this place again, through these people
