Very good facilities and professional service

We were very well received by the staff, who were particularly kind and professional upon our arrival. Unfortunately, the quality of the room is not at all at the level of a 4-star establishment. The cleanliness leaves something to be desired, especially regarding the bedding where the sheets were not clean. The bathroom also has many defects: the shower door cannot even close completely because it gets stuck against the main door handle, and rust is visible on the bottom of the frame. In summary, while the service at the front desk is impeccable, the hygiene problems and the lack of maintenance of the facilities spoil the experience. A very disappointing price-quality ratio.

I went with a friend to enjoy a day pass at the pool. The terms of enjoyment mention that you should be respectful. There were two people in the area shouting obscenities, with music from their phone at full volume and bothering others. All the guests were annoyed by the situation. In these cases, can't you ask these people to leave the premises?
