Sol Sun Beach Apartamentos

A very disappointing admission policy. This hotel states that it only accepts guide dogs for blind guests. My emotional support dog is not permitted. After years of serving the community, I live with lasting psychological effects from experiences during my work. My dog provides important support in managing those effects. Not every disability is visible. I expect a hotel’s hospitality to include an understanding of that. I find the position communicated to me particularly narrow, and it is my reason for choosing not to book here. This review concerns the admission policy and the communication about it.

WE stayed 9 nights half board. Check in was good and the young lady even offered to carry our cases! we declined as we more than capable. Upon entering room we had a lovely surprise waiting for us a bottle of bubbly as we were celebrating our anniversary. We also think our room was upgraded. The room was spotless and view over the pool great. The beds and pillows were soooo comfy, best we have ever had on holidays. All the staff were friendly and polite and there was always something to eat in evening meal. If you can not find anything to eat, your too fussy. Food was always hot. The breakfast is really good. Ideal location for beach and bars. We highly recommend a stay here it is a great place.

we booked here for 11 nights for my 50th birthday,location was fantastic (we specifically booked this hotel as im a smoker and find it hard to find hotels that allow smoking on the balcony's/terraces, last hotel had smoking area so thought great can handle that ,smoking area closed at 11pm and were made to go out on to main street not the best if waken up 3am and groups of drunks passing,)not expecting too much for a 3 star hotel, i can tell you my wife and i were presently surprised,very clean apartment,very friendly staff,breakfast was same as ive had most places,fresh fruit daily choices of hams,cheeses,smoked salmon,full English, cereals fresh breads.noise cant complain we were at very front over looking main area loved sitting out people watching,once doors were closed i never heard a thing,we booked the 2 bedroom apartment as wanted sea view ,and my son and girlfriend decided to come over and stay for 4 nights,hotel were great about this and only needed to pay for there breakfasts for the 4 days,(jet2 wanted us to pay an extra 1k) room was cleaned whenever we put out sign,heard some complaints about some of the rooms,some have been refurbished and others still to be done can easily see what was what when booking.overall fantastic experience looking to go back in april
