Ten Bel Alborada

Magnificent property, kind, friendly, and professional staff. Our apartment was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The property features an excellent, rich, and varied cuisine/buffet. It also features a wonderful and huge saltwater pool overlooking the ocean. I would book this place a thousand more times!!!

We stayed at the Ona Alborada hotel on an all-inclusive plan and, unfortunately, we were quite disappointed. For us, the all-inclusive plan is not really worth it. The meals are quite repetitive and we felt like we were often eating the same thing. The cocktails offered were also very disappointing, or even downright bad. The staff hardly speaks any French, which can be complicated when you do not have a good command of Spanish or English. We also sometimes felt like we were bothering them when we asked for something, which is not very pleasant during a vacation. Fortunately, some staff members were really friendly, especially Jorges, who was always pleasant, smiling, and welcoming. Thanks to him for his kindness! In the end, we appreciated certain aspects of our stay, but we would not take the all-inclusive package again and we expected more from this hotel. And Las Galletas is very quiet if you are looking for atmosphere and shops nearby go more towards Playa de las Americas.

Reception very present, food of poor quality, poorly cooked, the griddles were not cleaned, the meats were always black and put in a container all together, and until it was empty, the meats and fish were there. Excellent breakfast, waiters kind and present. The lounge chairs all, I mean all, broken; what a shame. THE PLACE IS BEAUTIFUL, MASTODONTIC POOL DIRECTLY ON THE OCEAN, THE ROOMS CLEAN AND BEAUTIFUL.
