Villa El Mocanal

Disastrous experience. Old and neglected hotel. There is no wifi in the room. The customer service is the worst. NOT RECOMMENDED.

The only good thing is the location. They only think about business and lack humanity.

Rooms spacious, with an immense terrace overlooking the ocean. Conveniently located in Moccanal near shops and restaurants. Breakfast had sufficient variety, and fresh fruit. Had a kettle in the room which was appreciated. We did have to go to the lobby to get wifi, as couldn’t in the room, but not the end of the world. We stayed in winter, and there was a heater already in the room on, and temp was not a problem There is a beautiful walk down to the coast if you are 5ere - recommended, but hiking poles are helpful
