Jardin Tecina

Our stay at the Hotel Jardín Tecina, in La Gomera, was a complete success. We have really enjoyed the facilities, the surroundings, and the atmosphere that is breathed in the hotel. We want to especially thank the work of the entertainment team, which makes the stay even more entertaining and pleasant. We also really liked the heated pools and the apartments with ocean views, which are a true marvel. Regarding the buffet, it seemed a bit limited to us at times, although the detail of preparing burgers on the spot is much appreciated, as it provides a very good extra option. We would like to especially highlight the service from Layla, in the restaurant. She is a great professional. She was the only one who asked us for our room card to make our charges from the very first moment, she was always attentive to us and made us feel very well taken care of. It was a pleasure to see her every night with her kindness and her smile. We also want to mention the assistant maître d', who seemed like a great worker to us. We always saw him attentive to everything, willing to help his team and making sure that everything was working correctly. We are convinced that you have a great future as a leader due to your involvement, dedication, and closeness with your colleagues. As an area for improvement, we believe it would be convenient to offer greater detail of the charges at the end of the stay. When paying the bill, the charges did not appear itemized and, since receipts were not provided at the various points of sale in the hotel either, we found it difficult to clearly verify what we were paying for. We think that providing more transparency in this aspect would bring greater peace of mind to guests. In short, it has been a very positive experience and a hotel that we would not hesitate to return to. Thank you for making our vacation such a beautiful memory! Best hotel complex on La Gomera with great service, admirable garden area, and bungalow-style rooms of high quality. Elevator from the complex down to the beach with its own pool area, unfortunately without access for swimming in the Atlantic. A swimming pier would be desirable.

The Hotel Jardin Tecina was recommended to us by parents and their friends in 2007, and we have been guests ourselves for many years now. We enjoy the relaxed atmosphere of this hotel, the extremely hospitable and friendly staff, and the fantastic property overlooking the sea. - Whether upon arrival and greeting by the team at the reception, during the botanical tour, at dinner with a breathtaking sea view on the restaurant veranda, and the exceedingly nice service of the always attentive service team, or at the bar: everywhere you feel very comfortable and welcomed as a guest. There are various sports options at the hotel (tennis, fitness), Tecina Golf, interesting hiking tours through the Garajonay National Park; for excursions around the island, you can also book rental cars at the hotel on a daily basis. We will remain your guests and will continue to recommend your establishment.
