Adonis Plaza

I stayed here for only a night before the cruise. Location was perfect. The entrance and reception was a bit sketchy and on fixing or something. All and all good for what you paid for.

There is a bar on the 4th floor. Hotel allows noisy parties that last to 1am. We heard music clearly and even earplugs didnt help the case. We complained about this and they only gave another room which was as bad. After our stay we contacted the hotel about the matter. They replied and promised to compensate us for the price of one night of our stay. We filled in the required paperwork, and the hotel claimed that they had sent the compensation to our bank account. However, the receipt for the payment showed that the hotel had paid the compensation to a different account, not ours. The hotel has not responded to our messages since I sent them pictures showing the incorrect payment details. The hotel never paid the compensation to us.

Good hotel for a punctual stay. The location is excellent, very close to the airport and cruises, which makes it quite easy for those who have scheduled flights or boardings. Comfortable rooms and attentive service, ideal for a quick passage through the city.
