One of the best hotels I have ever been in. A sum up: - beautiful ocean views from restaurant and balcony. You could smell, hear and see the ocean. - no lines or waiting time anywhere. - no sunbeds reserving what so ever - great food - fantastic animation team for both kids and adults. - incredibly clean - airconditioning functioned very well - did i mention the ocean views before? If I really dig deep, the only improvement I see is: the prices for food and drinks in the hotel were higher then I am used to in the canaries and also quite a bit higher then outside the hotel. But other then that, a carefree holiday. I would book again in a heartbeat

Nice, well-maintained hotel, large complex with several pools. Rooms partially renovated (bathrooms unfortunately not everywhere) and very large. Super many storage options!! Nice balcony with lounge chairs. The food was good, only the grill stations sometimes had long wait times. Individual orders are nice of course, but with a line of more than 3 people, you sometimes wait 15 minutes... that is unpleasant. The atmosphere outside while eating was a bit hectic and busy due to the many tables. Pools very nice, good kids' club with one drawback. Since my daughter is allergic, she always has emergency medication with her. This was not allowed to stay in the kids' club and supposedly could not have been administered in an emergency (despite instruction). In my view, this policy must be adjusted, otherwise normal children who "only" have a nut allergy are excluded. Too bad.

The hotel is great for going with children, but it is true that on some occasions it is a bit overwhelming to be in the pool surrounded by balls and pool floats, despite them supposedly not being allowed and having a wonderful pool with water slides for the enjoyment of the little ones in the house. The staff is lovely and they are always attentive so that nothing is missing. Otherwise everything is great, we will repeat the experience.
