Hotel is good. Running of hotel is shocking. My eyes told she couldn't get a bottle of water for feeding our baby. She was told to go to supermarket and that we had 3 mins to it shut so we should hurry!!!! Meant to be AI. It's not all inclusive. It's almost inclusive. Kids wanted crisps from bar. Told they had to pay €2. Went back to bar with €2 coins and were told it's card only. Nonsense. Same with the ice cream. Queues were insane in main restaurant. So much so I couldn't be bothered eating most days.

Check in took a while as a few groups arrived at the same time however there is seats to wait. Spacious clean rooms we were in the main block on level 2. We stayed 7 days and managed to get a subbed 5/7 days. Getting a table and parasols was a nightmare not enough to go around. The lifts are slow so if you are able to use the stairs I would. Feel like there needs to be another lift added in the future. Food does feel very similar each night. Great selection of salads and fresh fruit daily. The self serve ice cream is a winner with young and old alway was a popular choice. Queues for drinks in the bar were a pain but it is to be expected as the resort was busy. We would come back again and book the my club rooms to get the beautiful sea view sunbed area. Used the free canary 3 course evening meal on our final night it was alright nothing special some dishes not to our taste

overall nice hotel, cleanliness is very good. the hotels food lacks variety mostly every night they are the same if not very similar. one night we were given chicken that clearly was not cooked properly.
