Avoid this hotel. Worst staff I have ever dealt with. 5 times now I have asked to change rooms due excessive noise from the road, upstairs and the lift. 5 times I have been told they are full and have no other rooms. People are leaving and arriving all week, so this is clearly a lie. Stay somewhere else.

Just returned from Andorra, fabulous hotel, excellent staff and very clean. Lots of choice for breakfast and restaurant was spotless. Never had any issues getting a sun bed, loads available. Very conveniently located for beach, shops and bars with great entertainment. Definitely returning to this hotel.

Clean enough to eat food off any surface!! Staff are fabulous; warm, patient, helpful. They will go out of their way to make sure that you have as trouble free a holiday as possible. The kitchen/ dining room Staff in particular are wonderful. 10 out of 10 all round.
