Also I did not know that a pet was included in the rooms, the cockroach in the bathroom, we have grown fond of it. PS: I caught a fungus in the bathroom

There is no clearer title, cockroaches in the bathroom, food without drinks, also disgusting, old rooms, 0 cleanliness and then they demand a deposit from you.

A hotel very well located in Puerto de la Cruz with excellent treatment from the employees, who were friendly and willing to assist with any inquiries 24 hours a day. Despite this, it should be noted that cleanliness was quite improvable. In summary, we had a good and recommendable experience.
