Apartamentos Piramides

These apartments are basic but you only get what you pay for, my husband and I have stayed here since 2019 he had an accident at Siam Park...pushed off the edge in a inflatable and banged his back on the rocks which resulted in a five day stay at Santa Cruz. The staff were amazing and supported me like family it would have been a nightmare without them. I have stayed in 5 star hotels in Tenerife with Cabaret on every night but its like going home now to us down the management and staff always go the extra mile x

We arrived to find 2 single beds. Mentioned to reception and they just pushed the beds together. Room generally clean, shower room needed a makeover. Hired a fan that my husband had to fix to make it work properly. The hotel itself needs a food make over, repaint, face-lift. When going into the dinbing room area was like goi g into a multi storey car park. The corridors and doors were all run down. Outside areas unfinished. It could be a lovely hotel. Upside the pools were nice and clean. Breakfast was good with lots of choice. Ate out for evening meals as lits of restaurants close by. The holiday its self was lovely, but we are surprised the hotel is still surviving. It lets love holidays down. Such a shame

Well-located hotel, with services and leisure areas in the surroundings and the beach quite close. The staff's service was quite pleasant and the buffet had a variety of options to choose from.
