In addition to being a clean, spacious, and comfortable place in all areas, both the pools and the apartment, the service has been impeccable, with much kindness and professionalism. I would especially like to greatly thank Sandra at reception for her kindness, her involvement, and how she facilitated the recovery of my lost documents. I am sure that good service is their daily mantra at work. Thank you!!!

Nice, tidy but tired rooms. Lovely views, great location. Disappointment 😞 with food, half board only but was hungry 💁‍♀️. Nice people and service.

Back in October we booked an apartment in Tenerife for 27th January. This was confirmed at the time and all seemed ok. But on the 16th January we received a short email from them asking us to change our booking to 20th January or cancel. No apologies or explanation. This left our plans in tatters and we have had to search around for alternatives. They had obviously decided to rebook our apartment for commercial reasons but it is very unprofessional to do it this way without explanation. Bottom line. If you are about to book with this place, don’t expect that they will honour your booking and they could pull out at the last minute leaving you high and dry.
