Excellent hotel, thiroughly enjoyed our stay here. It's in the perfect location, in the centre but away from noise. The decor is very tasteful. The food was great; best hotel pancakes I've had, & lots of options at dinner. The best thing though is that the staff are consistently excellent. We found this in every area of the hotel. Many thanks for a wonderful stay!

We had an amazing experience, a pleasant week with good weather. The renovation of the hotel looks very nice, and our stay in the The Level department, with Natalia's care and kindness, made us feel at home. Her close attention to everything, always attentive to every detail, and her smile always in front, the à la carte breakfast was super delicious... thank you! I am grateful to everyone in general! These have been days when we disconnected, and we leave wanting to return!!
