Best Semiramis

Amazing hotel brilliant staff me and my partner stayed here 10 days we had the best time, room was huge and kept cool, different variety of food each evening. I could not recommend this hotel any more. Room service staff are so polite and left them with a good tip for all their hard work. I feel sad to leave holiday blues have set in but we will definitely be back soon

Where do I even begin. The only staff I can genuinely praise and say made our stay enjoyable were the pool, bar staff and entertainment staff. They go above and beyond to make your stay memorable and joyful. They get you involved in day to day pool activities and even be a part of the entertainment. Very friendly always smiling and very talkative. However as for reception and housekeeping they completely let the hotel down. We stayed for 10 nights and within the first few days we had €160 euros and £150 GBP stolen from inside our hotel room, which were safely zipped away inside a purse in my toiletry bag. A hotel should feel a complete safe space whilst on holiday, this however felt the complete opposite. Boundaries were over stepped by housekeeping after knowing we had money stolen they were very pushy to gain access to our room and were confused as to why we no longer wanted them entering our room. As for our friends they specifically asked for housekeepers not to clean their room and they still entered with a do not disturb sign hung on the door. Privacy is non existent with them. When explaining the disappearance of my whole purse and the large amount of cash both housekeeping and reception claimed to not understand a word of English when communication with both had been clear up until this point. And as for reception well costumer service was absolutely non existent when told about the stolen money they were defensive rather than apologetic or sympathetic we have received no remorse or even a simple apology no investigation took place and it was brushed under the carpet. Overall a nice hotel but staff attitude is disgraceful. Will definitely visit Tenerife again but not this hotel or any of its chain hotels.

Hello, we are still impressed by the treatment from the staff, especially our housekeeper, Maria Jose, who is a super professional. And very committed to her work. A thousand thanks for making us feel at home, 😘 we will surely return. And we didn't know this hotel chain; from now on, we don't want any other than BEST Hotels. Carlos & Aída.
