Colon II

Our stay at Colón 2, Tenerife, was very disappointing. Unfortunately, it is not a family-friendly destination. Every night there was constant noise, with people shouting, slamming doors, and making disturbances well into the early hours of the morning. We barely slept during our two-week holiday because of the noise. The surrounding area is very run down, with a noticeable number of homeless people and dirty streets, which made us feel uncomfortable, especially when travelling with children. The only positive was the hotel itself, which was spotless. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job, and the cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional. Sadly, despite the hotel’s high standards, the location and the constant nighttime disturbance meant we would not choose to stay here again or recommend it to families looking for a peaceful holiday.

Our 3rd visit to these appartments as our previous stays,we enjoyed our stay,the appartments are a decent size,and on arrival were nice and clean though may be getting a little dated,always found a sun bed around the pool(15 decrees so took a while to get used to),apartment was cleaned twice during our week stay with the towels changed twice,prices in the pool bar for food and drink were good value,a bit of a shame a lot more noisier than our previous stays in the evening this time,we did bring it to receptionist attention,unfortunately nothing was done,for that reason alone not sure if we’d return

Colon 2 excellent no issues. Only issue was the Tui Rep who was arrogant and rude. I came on a Tui Flight but paid my own accommodation with Colon 2. I tried to ask her how long do I need to be at the Airport before my flight bk to UK. She Shouted at me infront of everyone . Her name was Sue.
