This is the third time here, but we will not be coming back. Since a management change (German manager), many things have changed for the worse (also learned from conversations with staff and guests). The dinner does not need to be mentioned... two dishes... one meat, one fish, the side dish is always the same... no variety... more like 2 stars instead of 3... we are absolutely not complaining guests and eat everything. But that is really not necessary; it is best to only book breakfast and go eat locally, which is delicious and also affordable. The breakfast is always the same, and baguettes are only available on weekends; during the week, it is dry toast and hard rolls. If you are lucky, you might get an egg, but according to the cook, it is only served every two days, so there are also cost-cutting measures where they really do not belong, as we all pay a lot of money to be able to vacation here. Unfortunately, I made a mistake with the booking this year and received a room on the street side. The view is amazing, but leaving the window open in the evening and at night is absolutely impossible due to the noise; the previous rooms in the other area towards the garden are a thousand times better and definitely quieter. We have always enjoyed being here, but we will definitely look for another hotel or possibly an apartment somewhere next year. Unfortunately, it is usually the case that when there is a change in management, the hotel suffers, and that is very unfortunate because it was a hotel with good awards. We have also heard in conversations with other guests that they will also be looking for different accommodations next year. That is very unfortunate, and it is really not worth letting a good central hotel become so poor. On a positive note, it must be said: the staff here is excellent, very nice, and accommodating, and the location is also top-notch. You are really right down at the beach, towards the center, or at the bus station. You can get there quickly, but as I said, the rest can unfortunately be forgotten in this hotel. What a shame.

And with this review , I will unveil my favorite disconnection place in the Port of La Cruz...peace, tranquility , affectionate and detailed work team, comfortable and quiet rooms, flirtatious dining and food that enriches the spirit. You’re at the weekend and you arrive at La Laguna (where we live) with renewed and lasting energy. To the human team, management, thank you for giving us the opportunity to feel and focus on what is truly important. Another secret....Quality- Price ❤️. Ala, it's already said 🎁😘

Very nice hotel, very friendly service. Proximity to the city center , train station and beach makes the hotel very attractive.
