Gran Hotel Turquesa Playa

Unless you are either Spanish or French do not bother coming to this hotel. We traveled with TUI all inclusive as a family of 4 unfortunately the English seem to be pretty much ignored by entertainment staff. As for the all inclusive side once you have entered a restaurant once you cannot re enter even for a drink. I requested a paper cup to take some ice cream out to my son and was point blank not allowed although he had not eaten that day. Food is repetitive and queues are silly, people pushing in all the time. Definitely the worst all inclusive we have stayed in.

We stayed for 7 days, and everything was great, the entertainment for kids was fantastic and the staff was lovely. The buffet was very good, and every night they had themed dinners. The facilities were great, and there was a lot of cleanliness. The area where it is located is perfect. In short, everything was great.

Our stay at the Alua Hotel was lovely. The hotel was very clean, food choice and quality of food was of a high standard and all staff were very helpful.
