Green Garden Resort & Suites

This was our first trip to Tenerife with 7yo & 14yo. This hotel is amazing!!! We had 2 bedroom villa with private pool which was excellent choice! Rooms are very big, clean daily. Outside pools are very clean, plenty of sun beds (you still get people leaving towels on them but wondering away which was really annoying). Restaurant has good selection of food, mini bar at pool is great as well. My little one is horrible with eating on holidays but here supposedly he had something on every meal! Oscar from restaurant with everyone else are amazing! The only person putting me off was I Lucas… went down on the day we arrived to ask question about helping me to organize birthday cake which I wanted to fully paid for it as my son’s birthday was already few weeks back and this trip was his birthday present but felt pushed away and nothing really got organized. Apart from this one situation everything was amazing. We had great 10 days in here. Hotel is very close to airport and promenade which is ideal. Shuttle bus to beach daily was great! There is old small market at hotel which is great selling essential, food, drinks, souvenirs. Due to my business I travel a lot and to be honest this hotel will be on my top 10 list. Even kids want to come back one day! Highly recommended!

Second family holiday to Green Garden. We had a fantastic 9 day stay. Very clean and staff so helpful. Ideal for families. Enjoyed the food with excellent selection. Would definitely come back for a third holiday. One small gripe was on the last day we wanted to use a shower before going home. One small gripe was the showering facilities we used before getting transfer home…they need improved. 😁

We came here again for a third visit at the end of June. Green garden is like a little piece of paradise for us. Two adults and one child who adores the place so much. While it is still beautiful at every corner I have to say and highlight in this review that the staff that work here make green garden extra special. They are without a doubt some of the hardest working people I've ever seen and Always with a smile! I could name a few but I feel it wouldn't be fair as every single employee from the cleaners to the restaurant staff go above and beyond. I would however like to give a special mention to Eli who seems to run the show with the kids entertainment, we were sad to hear Adriana was no longer here but Eli was incredible, another super hard worker who was always laughing and smiling and so encouraging with the children. Thank you all for another amazing trip ❤️❤️❤️ We will definitely be returning again.
