Decent hotel, all inclusive food is basic, facilities are decent it is just your average budget hotel. Pool is good and big enough, can always get a sunbed and the pool snacks are great! Staff are friendly and helpful Antoinette behind the pool bar is a star always smiling and super helpful 👌🏻 Location of this hotel is the best thing, loads of bars restaurants available on the door step and it’s a 10 min walk to the beach - you can walk to Las Americas no problem too about a 25 min walk with pit stops in between 🍻

Please do not book all inclusive you will be very disapointed (we are, I am sat eating bread rolls and cucumber), we landed here yesterday, the food it old looking (salad and fruit) there is not a selection of different foods at each meal time. There is no aircon in the rooms but they give you 1 fan (we brought small mini fans) and glad we did as the room was unbearable. They do not provide soap to wash your hands. Beds are like sleeping on slabs!. You cannot get a sun lounger as they are covered in towels. Pool bar food is far better. Good thing is it is close to shops and restaurants. Good pizza place over from the hotel.

Perfect location for our holiday plans when visiting Tenerife. Atmosphere at hotel during the day around the pool area is good. Evening is perfect for famalies, but as a couple we prefer to venture out. Hotel room was spacious and clean, and looked after every 2 days. Fresh towels etc and basic clean. Very happy with the accommodation. Value for money at this hotel met my exspectation, no concerns or complaints. Good food options and drink selection when all inclusive. Highly recommend this hotel and will likely return.
