We have just returned from our 16th visit to this terrific hotel (room421] All the staff are amazing and friendly, the animation team work their socks off keeping everyone entertained both day and night time. The hotel is spotlessly clean throughout and well kept. Any problems are dealt with immediately either by the reception staff or Ainara the guest experience manager. Many people like us return multiple times which is a testament to how good the hotel is, therefore it is full of friendly people who know each other from previous visits making a great atmosphere.
It’s great to visit and meet up with old friends and make new ones along the way
I would not hesitate to recommend the Hovima to anyone wanting varied holiday experience.
