Really a super place in the downtown area, we took 3 rooms from 07/01 to 07/06, my friends and I 106-104-102, and frankly we are not disappointed, we are not far from everything (beach, restaurant, train to Loro Park, etc...) I highly recommend it! I thank the hostess Alexandra very much for communicating in French from start to finish, a very, very pleasant welcome, too bad I did not see her again on the last day, if you ever read the reviews Alexandra, thank you so much for the shares, see you soon maybe 👌

The change is spectacular, good service, the staff is great, I recommend it.

Visited at the end of April early May 2026 excellent reception by receptionist (Alexandra) who speaks very good French.We were able to very easily extend our stay without too much price increase and without changing rooms. Hotel located in the center of Porto de la Cruz in one of the oldest houses in Porto de la Cruz. Beautiful hall,comfortable faults room and bathroom very clean ,with small private balcony . Excellent breakfast buffet , Free WIFI that works wonderfully. Improvements to be made:ventilation does not work cooking smells that enter through the window. In the bathroom: Very slippery shower cabin floor without anti-slip , no shelves to put the toilet bag , as well as in the shower to put shampoos or soaps . Missing closet door (1 sliding door ) No parking you have to park at the free public PK but far enough from the hotel. We were very satisfied with the value for money.
