Exceptional service everywhere you go around the hotel cannot fault it what so ever! Food is okay could be better, Room was surprisingly big and spacious, nice and relaxing , however could’ve done with some music or more entertainment around the pool area. Ropi from the entertainment team was amazing made the holiday so much more enjoyable! Absolutely lovely man along with all the servers!

What a delightful hotel! The staff are all so helpful and pleasant. The all inclusive is pretty decent for drinks. The food varied with a reasonable variety some days but less on others and some wasn't overly warm. The live entertainment was fun. It was nice visiting an adults (16+) only as it was more peaceful. Definitely not a lively hotel if you're after that but wonderful for relaxing. We had 3 junior suites with sea views. All good and one comfortably slept 3 young adults. Thanks alot to all the staff but especially Jesus and Olga the forever friendly and helpful supplying endless drinks at the pool! But all the staff: reception, bars, restaurant, etc. made the visit extra special. We'll be back!

This was our second stay at Melia Jardines del Teide, and somehow it was even better than the first. From the moment we arrived, it genuinely felt like coming home. Everything about our stay was perfect. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning, with immaculate grounds that are beautifully maintained. It’s such a peaceful place and the perfect destination to completely switch off and recharge. What really makes this hotel so special, though, is the people. Every single member of staff goes above and beyond to make your stay memorable. They are warm, welcoming, professional and genuinely seem to care that you have the best possible holiday. They are an absolute credit to the hotel, and we will miss them all greatly. We’d especially like to thank Nicole on Reception; Angel, Jonathan, Jesus and Hectar at the bar; Ying, Camila and Paula in the restaurant; and Kevin, Louisa and Yaiza for the fantastic entertainment throughout our stay. You all made our holiday incredibly special. We also loved the complimentary workshops. They were such a thoughtful addition to our holiday, and it was wonderful to come home with handmade souvenirs that will always remind us of our time here. Thank you to Ambar from Leitiz Glass for the glass workshop and to Juan Carlos for the brilliant soap-making session. Melia Jardines del Teide has become a very special place for our family, and we’re already counting down until we return next year. Thank you to everyone for another unforgettable holiday!
