Paraiso Royal

I thought the apartments were incredible. I stayed in a one bedroom apartment with a friend, we are both women and young so felt a bit anxious about safety but once we arrived we felt so safe! The apartment was clean and had everything you could need. We had a personal wifi box in the room so internet was not an issue! The manager Gianluigi was so kind and helpful and did his best to make sure everything was perfect. The bartender in the bar was hilarious and we really enjoyed spending our days by the pool having a chat! The main area for bars was close by so it was a little loud but we did not mind at all, it was completely manageable. The location is perfect, will most definitely be returning!

Beautiful complex but the snack bar staff bring the place down it’s a shame! 20 of us have stayed here a few times and everytime the bar staff are terribly rude which has put us all off ever returning to pariso royal which is a shame as it’s a lovely place to stay! They are so rude it is unbelievable, ignorant nasty staff both of them that work there! I suggest to have a word with or get rid of them as they are bringing the complex down terribly! We have spoken with people around the pool area and they have agreed! Very rude and cheeky to kids as-well as adults it’s shocking! You feel on edge to ask them for anything as they are so abrupt !!

We stayed in apartment 140. The apartment was beautifully clean and comfortable with all the amenities we could want and need. Towels, comfortable beds and bedding. A nice patio area with smart TV which was an added bonus. The complex itself is in a very central location near the strip and beach. The pool area was really nice and the pool is a lot bigger than the photos do it justice. The pool bar wasn't open but it was a suntrap and a relaxing area. Our host Pedro was very friendly and accommodating we would definitely reccomend.
