Correct stay; the room was fine, the food was acceptable, and the cleanliness and services were very good. I would only point out one downside regarding the waiter named Felipe. Rude and unfriendly; I do not understand how that person is in customer service. The rest of the staff had no complaints.

Good morning, I want to express my unease at the situation experienced on May 10, 2026 in the Pez Azul complex, in Puerto de la Cruz. A friend suffered a major health problem and we had to call 112 for urgent medical assistance. While the toilets were attending to my friend in the room, from reception we received the call from the receptionist to remove the ambulance because it disturbed and the customers needed to leave. I find it totally unacceptable that, in the midst of a medical emergency, the exit of a vehicle should be prioritised over the health of a person. I want to highlight and especially thank Mari, the governor of the complex, who showed understanding, humanity and attention at all times, helping us and sincerely caring about the situation. His behaviour was exemplary and totally contrary to the treatment received by the receptionist on duty that day, who did absolutely nothing to help and showed a total lack of empathy. We also arrived at 9:40 for breakfast and about 10:00 we heard the attendants (an older lady and a gentleman) speaking aloud saying “what do these people still breakfast here, go off Mondays in the background” Discard this hotel

A good experience in Tenerife. The hotel (Pez Azul) is a bit up from the beach. A few stairs to walk to and from the beach, but there are "water holes" along the stairs. The hotel is located near a well-trafficed street, but there was little traffic noise. There were several restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance of the hotel. The hotel had quite a simple standard with the possibility of cooking in the room. It could have been a little more kitchen equipment, but it worked well. Good cleaning. Used the pool on the back of the hotel a couple of times. All right, but shadow in the morning. Good price for the hotel room.
