Not as bad as I was expecting after reading some of the reviews before traveling, staff were very helpful allowing us to move apartments to be closer to family, would have rated higher but felt adult entertainment was a let down. There was nothing on until after nine pm. starting with a kiddie's disco, ( this being reasonable enough ) followed by some dubious piano playing old timers and to be fair, one lady who sang quite well. there was no party kind of atmosphere and two days with nothing on at all not even a disco. However, in general found the rooms and grounds clean, ( would be cleaned on request ) food was reasonable and only five minutes walk to the beach. Found the staff friendly and helpful most with a good level of English, a special thank you to kiddies entertainer Patricia, having a quite shy six year old girl whom she was able to get engaging with her and the other kids on site. Generally a good holiday but would recommend that a little more time and money be spent on adult and kids entertainment. Would stay again but not all inclusive, food and drink fine, entertainment bit of a let down. over a lovely quite holiday was expensive for what was on offer two nights there was nothing on at all so we had to find things to do else where if the bar at the front was opened and bar at poolside and day time things to do it would improve everyones holiday getting everyone in the mood to mix and have fun it had all the right thing where there could have been lovely with the right enterainment team not left to one lovely lady felt sorry for the staff they bent over backwards to help but work long hours management need to spend more money to bring this place to life . had to pay for wifi and it never worked only found out you could pay extra for air conditioning on last night i feel wifi and air conditioning should me in the all inclusive package we paid a lot of money allready. meant to put a postive review as i did enjoy our stay here and the disabled acess was fab

Was expecting it to be awful after seeing some of the reviews but was pleasantly surprised ,rooms were pretty much standard for the Canaries and pools were very nice, it was kept very tidy and we had the rooms cleaned every other day, the food was nice and well presented and generally hot ,the breakfast was nice and a good choice and the evening meals were much the same having said that if I had have been all inclusive I may have been a little disappointed.

we took a rent this little appartment in june,with two children was fine .not so big but clean and with restaurant,bar and swimmingpool near.price was too high if we compare it to the quality.locas was fine.
