Regency Country Club Apartments Suites

Stayed here for 1 week with 3 children, i never leave reviews but felt compelled to inform other people before booking. Basically if you dont have a hire car and on a spending budget you are buggered!! Hotel has absolutely nothing, no restaurant, no shop, no entertainment, not even a bar for an evening drink. It cost 25€ for a return taxi to town which you will need to do everyday to eat. Rooms are spacious to be fair but very dated and hanging together. Beds are as hard as the road and I mean hard! I've stayed in many hotels and most are at least ok but this is no where near a 4 star, more like a 3 at best. Air conditioning in rooms terrible, no mobile signal in room and WIFI was also terrible. Had to pay 10€ deposit for lounger towels which were poor quality and only allowed to swap for cleaning every other day. Rooms only cleaned on request with 24h notice. Staff were friendly and swimming pool ok. Im really struggling to find anymore positives about this hotel. I was so lucky to have a hire car. Also pool side bar and snacks massively over priced, 4€ for s small plastic cup of local beer!

Certainly not recommended and hygiene leaves the wishes about shower ,hot kitchen does not function as well as the stove .people with walking difficulties do not carry elevator and luggage themselves. No coffee maker either, a lot of money paid for what it is. In the morning only breakfast from 8 am and restaurant for dinner I give a 6

myself and friends visited the hotel in March and although the weather wasn’t ideal on the hilltop the hotel was very accommodating and great staff on reception to help with anything we needed (taxis etc.) The apartment was lovely although some amenities were not present and/or things broken (no iron but an ironing board and the balcony doors were not very secure). Overall, I would stay here again and the pool was beautiful, even the view on the balcony. would definitely recommend in the future.
