Royal Sun Resort

Our second stay at the hotel, still really good facilities, amazing views from the huge balcony, all spacious and well provisioned rooms. There is building on the road up to the hotel but couldn’t be heard from the hotel and has no material effect on the stay at all. We were lucky enough to be there when the yearly fireworks show was on at Santiago, a full 25 minutes and spectacular from the balcony. Staff couldn’t be more helpful, there is a locked baggage room and shower facilities for late checkouts which were really helpful. The food again really good, and the benefit of fine dining restaurant on the third floor adds to the choice. Will definitely be back!

This was our 4th time visiting and we will definitely return again. The staff are all so helpful and friendly. The rooms are amazing and the views from the massive balconies are something I could sit and look at all day long. WiFi coverage is very good which is such an important feature these days and having air con is also a huge plus.

Hotel is really nice. We stayed in a 1 bedroom jacuzzi suite, hot tub temp was 23* and you could turn temp up/down to suit. Air con in apartment was self controlled too which is always a bonus! I would give them 4 out of 5 for cleanliness in the room although the room facilities are great & beds/pillows comfy.
