Rural Casablanca

Our experience has been quite disappointing. We had booked a birthday celebration (April this year) since February last year, well in advance precisely to ensure availability and close the agreed conditions. However, now in February, when contacting to confirm the reservation, we are informed of new conditions that have nothing to do with those initially agreed. We find it unprofessional to modify terms after one year in advance, without respecting what has been previously agreed. When organizing an important event such as a birthday, planning and trust in the establishment are essential. This last-minute change creates insecurity and a sense of unseriousness. An experience that, unfortunately, has not lived up to expectations.

We have booked this hotel for a birthday a year before and only 2 months before the birthday we have changed prices and all kinds of conditions, they are not serious.

Nice step! The rooms are clean and authentic. The heated and covered pool is appreciable! Good value for money
