Outstanding stay Check in was fast and easy, food is excellent and the staff are fantastic in every department. The à la carte restaurant is a great experience. Location is tremendous, right next to a few bars and the port, and the view is spectacular.

Best holiday I have ever had. The atmosphere at this hotel is unlike anywhere else—there’s a unique vibe that makes every day enjoyable. What really sets it apart, though, is the incredible staff. Every member of the team has been friendly, welcoming, and genuinely committed to making our stay special. A special mention has to go to Jose and Christian, who have been absolute standouts. They are always smiling, full of energy, and consistently go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. Their positivity and enthusiasm genuinely elevate the whole experience and are a big reason why this has been such a memorable holiday. No need to rush for sun beds either as new hotels rules state you can’t put towels down to reserve the sub beds before 8:30 am which is fantastic. Also another shout out to Andrew and Robert from the waiting team have been amazing. The young two ladies as well Allen & the others but I forget their names.

TUI BLUE Los Gigantes is absolutely the way to go. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Los Gigantes. Everything is on your doorstep, with bars, restaurants, shops, pharmacies and the church just seconds away, while the nearest black volcanic sand cove is only a 10-minute walk. The TUI reps and hotel staff were exceptional throughout our stay—friendly, welcoming and always happy to help. The rooms were spotless, comfortable and exactly what you need after a day in the sun. Despite some reviews mentioning the nearby roadworks, we found they weren’t disruptive at all. You can occasionally hear nearby bars in the evening, but nothing that affected our sleep, and the hotel’s entertainment is similarly unobtrusive. There was plenty to do during the day, with activities including yoga, Pilates, functional fitness, water workouts and games. We didn’t really experience the evening entertainment ourselves, but it looked lively and well enjoyed. The food was fantastic, with plenty of choice and consistently delicious meals. If I had one criticism, it’s that the hotel feels a little expensive for half board, although I’d happily return—especially if I found a good deal. Finally, I’d highly recommend booking a massage. The therapists are wonderful, and the treatments are incredibly relaxing. Thank you so much, TUI BLUE Los Gigantes—we had a fantastic holiday. 🫶🏻
