Hotel, close to the beach and the center, highlight the waitresses at the bar and buffet, all super friendly, hardworking and approachable. The cleanliness of the common areas, bar and restaurant is quite good, but in the rooms it has been very poor, they made the beds, emptied the trash cans and little else, we did not use the kitchen since we had half board, it may be that for that reason they dedicated less time. Breakfast is very good, an 8, but dinner is very repetitive, we stayed 9 nights and 3 of them there were meatballs, every day rice and pasta, the meat and fish always with sauce, the last few days I only had salads for dinner, I give it a 3. I give salads a 3.

Our stay, from Wednesday to Sunday, has been a great disappointment. The cleanliness leaves much to be desired. As soon as we arrived, we placed our suitcases on the top of the wardrobe in the room, and when we picked them up on the day of departure, they were completely covered in dust and dirt due to the amount of grime accumulated on that surface. The food was also not up to par. Little variety, very low quality, and a repetitive offering throughout the stay. Cleanliness and restoration are two fundamental aspects in any hotel, and unfortunately, this establishment fails in both. A very disappointing experience that we would not repeat or recommend.

I went on a trip for 4 days and there are several things that I found unacceptable. For instance, there are cockroaches in the rooms (especially in room 320); we realized this because we ordered takeout and left the food for 1 hour, and they got into the food bags even though they said they would fumigate (on the first day), they continued to appear (up until the fourth day). Cleanliness is essential; everything should be checked and clean before we arrive to avoid giving that "bad image" that they clearly do not want to have, but they do have it. There were white towels with a very strange brown substance, and the floor was dirty. The last day was the last straw. We had to leave the room at 9:30 in the morning even though we were leaving at 5:00 in the afternoon. Despite the money we have paid for food and accommodation, they did not allow us to stay in the lobby for 15 minutes because guests were coming, and we were giving a "bad image" of the hotel. The worst part is that it was raining, and they kicked us out to wait on the street until lunchtime. They also have strictly absurd rules, such as not being able to go out on the balcony at midnight and not being able to hang towels to dry on the balcony wall. Terrible service.
