My stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing. The hotel itself is beautiful, the staff are incredibly professional, friendly, and always willing to help. The service is truly at a very high level. The food was delicious and offered a great variety. To be honest, I have no idea why some people complain about it. Reading some reviews, you'd think they expected lobster, caviar, and a Michelin-starred chef waiting just for them The swimming pool is fantastic - clean, spacious, and perfect for relaxing. The dinner buffet costs €20 (and there are sometimes discounts), which is excellent value for money. You can enjoy a wide variety of tasty dishes, while in many restaurants nearby you would easily pay the same amount for just one main course. Of course, no place is perfect. Some rooms could benefit from a light cosmetic renovation, but this is a very large hotel, and maintaining such a property is not an easy task. Despite that, everything was clean and comfortable. Overall, my experience with this hotel has been fantastic. I would happily return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday with excellent service and great food.

We spent our summer vacation at this hotel between July and August 2026 and were completely satisfied. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the entire staff was very friendly and accommodating. We particularly enjoyed our time by the pool on the rooftop terrace, where one could relax wonderfully. We also really enjoyed the food. It was delicious, varied, and there was a large selection, so everyone could find something suitable. We had a very pleasant stay and can gladly recommend the hotel. We would come back at any time!

The staff in the hotel is very friendly and very accommodating. The room was also very spacious and the bed was very comfortable; it also looked rather new. The chairs in the room might need to be reconsidered. They smelled a bit musty, so I simply covered them with the bedspread. In the bathroom, there was only a bathtub with a shower function. Since I am rather short, I had some trouble getting over it because the tub was very high. One should perhaps keep that in mind when booking. Everything was always clean, and the cleaning service worked very well. What was very sad for us was that the pool opens at 11:00 AM and closes at 7:00 PM.
