My wife and i visited in june There was upgrading work going on for nearly 2 weeks starting at o7.00 some mornings workman always shouting not talking as did the cleaners start early trolleys been pushed around early and loud talking .we go on our holidays to get away from noise and dont expect to be woken up at 07.00 also the we above where the brewery cleaning services and other deliveries were made we gave this place a 2nd chance but wont be giving it a 3rd as 26 nights of early wake ups isnt on C.G.

We had an absolutely lovely stay here and thoroughly enjoyed our holiday! We arrived late in the evening and were welcomed by a blonde lady on reception who was friendly, polite and very helpful. Upon entering our one-bedroom apartment, we were immediately impressed by how modern, spacious and spotlessly clean it was. The apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed, including a washing machine with complimentary wash pods, clothes airer, air conditioning in both the bedroom and living area, a large safe, and a lovely patio space. The living room TV offered plenty of channels, including English-speaking options, as well as YouTube, Netflix and Disney+, which was a nice bonus. The complex itself is in a great location, within easy walking distance of local shops and restaurants, and there is a bus service nearby that provides access to places such as Los Cristianos. One of our favourite aspects of the hotel was how peaceful and relaxed the area is. It's definitely not the place for large, rowdy groups or stag and hen parties, which suited us perfectly. The atmosphere throughout the complex was calm and quiet, making it an ideal destination for couples, families and anyone looking for a relaxing getaway away from the busier tourist areas. The swimming pool area was excellent, with plenty of sunbeds and parasols available throughout the day. There were also various activities organised by the hotel, providing entertainment for guests of all ages. We had a couple of meals at the restaurant which were delicious, except for the Cajun chicken which was overcooked. On the last day, we had the cooked breakfast as well which was 10/10, and we were disappointed in ourselves that we hadn't had it sooner because it was cooked perfectly! One thing we particularly noticed was how hard the staff work to keep the entire complex clean, tidy and well-maintained. Although the hotel is under a flight path, aircraft were not constant and it never caused us any disturbance. A few minor negatives: • The shower wasn't particularly powerful due to the mixer tap setup, although this is purely a matter of personal preference. It also looked like the shower head needed replacing. • There aren't any sandy beaches within easy walking distance. We did know this when we booked but some people might not realise. We took the bus to Los Cristianos, which took around 30 minutes and was well worth the trip. There is a closer beach nearby that has been classed as the longest beach in Tenerife, but facilities are more limited. • The patio door took a bit of getting used to and wasn't the easiest to operate. • The on-site shop is convenient and reasonably well-stocked, but quite small. We found the nearby local shops better for larger purchases. • The pool does look as if it needs re-grouting. Overall, these were only minor issues and did not affect our enjoyment of the holiday. We had a fantastic stay and would happily return in the future!!

Stunning! Absolutely beautiful complex, so well maintained, the apartment was perfect, everything you could possibly need including eco-friendly toiletries. Gorgeous patio with loungers, recliners & a nice big parasol. It’s very quiet at night which I loved and the pillows are a dream! The pool is brilliant, very clean, with plenty of loungers & a lovely little shop. It’s perfectly located, a short walk to bars & supermarkets and a slightly longer one to the seafront and bars & restaurants. Can’t wait to return.
