Good customer service, comfortable room, and excellent terrace bar

Super friendly staff, perfect hotel for a 3-star, everything very clean, comfortable beds, room not very big but it's fine for two people.

Lovely little spot right at the heart of old Toledo. A wide range of rooms are available; I chose a no-frills one and whilst it was small, it was very affordable and had everything I needed. The rooftop bar was perfect for a sunset wine or cocktail. One thing worth mentioning is that access by car is tough so be advised if your mobility is restricted. Staff were friendly and helpful.
