It has been a very pleasant family stay. In this hotel, you feel the tranquility you need to disconnect. It has beautiful decor in all its areas, terraces, and restaurants. It also has spectacular pools for everyone to enjoy, especially for children, with sales of drinks and snacks to cool off on these very hot days. I want to thank you for being able to share the spa as a family and with my two granddaughters, which we enjoyed very much in a relaxing environment. The breakfast and dinner buffets are varied and suit all tastes. The only thing we disliked was the state of the room (mainly the bathroom, which needs renovations, has few outlets, and some are in poor condition) and the continued existence of old carpets throughout the hallway of the floors.

The entrance is spectacular, a huge lobby with several seating areas with sofas and very modern furniture. Pool, lounge chair area, and garden very well-maintained. Up to that point, 4 stars. When you go up to the rooms it seems like another hotel, from another era, 2 stars. Carpeted hallways with an odor. Rooms from 60 years ago with nothing remodeled. Curtains with dust. Watch out, allergy sufferers. We only had breakfast and it was average. Pastries, cold cuts, breads, and a tray of scrambled eggs. When you make your reservation, do not think of it as a 4-star hotel. It is not good value for money.

Last night we were at the Beatriz hotel with the romantic getaway experience. Dinner, spa, overnight stay, and breakfast. I only have good words. The spa is great, very complete, clean, with herbal teas that you can prepare yourself. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom spacious, the hotel entrance very pretty, and a snack bar at the pool. Dinner at the La Alacena restaurant was a great experience. The terrace is beautiful, with ambient lighting, very good background music, very pleasant, with the perfect volume, and views of Toledo. The waiters were very nice, very attentive, and very mindful of my husband's allergies. The food was spectacular, we had several appetizers. Stuffed peppers with tartar sauce, mushroom stew, delicious with a spicy touch, I had never tried a stew like that, and some broken eggs with chistorra that were scandalous. For main courses, tuna and duck confit, delicious, very well cooked. For dessert, a mousse and grilled pineapple with coconut ice cream. The combination was incredible. I already know where I will return for a romantic getaway. 10/10 service. 100% recommended
