Olympia Hotel

A very complete hotel. The rooms are very clean and spacious, the garage is perfect. You can make use of the gym, which is amazing, at no additional cost. Very well located and the reception staff are very professional. Regarding price, compared to other hotels and what they offer, more than acceptable. The breakfast is very complete and with many options for different diets. I have already come several times and certainly when I have to go to the area, always for work, I don't think twice about it.

Terrible. I was invited to an event at this hotel. The menu was good and the food in general was pleasant, but the experience was quite tarnished by two important details. On one hand, they did not serve dessert for a reason that was not well resolved, something I consider inappropriate for an event already organized and contracted. On the other hand, the air conditioning was not working correctly; practically no air was coming out, which made the environment very uncomfortable during the stay, to the point of having to use fans by our own means.

I attended a wedding, and the way the hosts were addressed was lamentable and deplorable, to the point of tarnishing an event of this kind. The event manager displayed a defiant attitude; the air conditioning did not work, and no solution was offered. In short, there is zero customer service culture.
