Magic Villa Luz

As always, Villa Luz is like being at home, professionals, always trying to ensure you don't lack anything, it is the second time we have come this year and... getting better every time, we must highlight the work of the maître d' Alberto, Jesús, and at the front desk Vanesa, Miro, and the pretty girl (my Aitana) Jyunko. You make it a wonderful stay, thank you!!😘

Our stay at the Hotel Villa Luz in Gandía was excellent. We want to especially thank the attention of Alberto, Jesús, Miro, Vanesa, and Jyunko, who made our vacation even more special. Everyone was very kind, professional, and attentive at all times, always with a smile and willing to help. The hotel has very well-maintained facilities, a pleasant atmosphere, and a perfect location to enjoy Gandía. Without a doubt, the treatment received from the entire team makes the difference. Thank you very much for everything! We will gladly return to Hotel Villa Luz.

New visit to the Villaluz, a family hotel 5-10 minutes walking distance from the beach, with its own beach bar there. The ultra-all-inclusive or all-inclusive is recommended. Like me, there are other families who come year after year at this time. A couple of pools and slides, a bit tight when there are many guests, although since they are also shared with the beach, you usually find a spot. This year I have noticed a certain drop in the quality and quantity of the buffets, both at breakfast and for the rest of the meals. It is something that I have not only noticed in this hotel, I am a fan and friend of Magic and I visit their hotels two or three times a year and I have also noticed it in others in the chain. Interestingly, I have also seen less of the entertainers (they have always been magnificent and in other years you see them with the children, running around, with games or even eating). The cleaning is fine,...when they arrive. One of the days it didn't work out for them (we had already eaten and were resting when they wanted to come in), so we asked them for a change of towels and that was it. It's not that serious either. It was very inconvenient that two of the three elevators broke down and were out of service on a Friday afternoon and Saturday morning (days with a lot of movement due to arrivals and departures). One of them did not work any of the days we were staying there. Even so, I still recommend it if you are traveling with children between 6 and 12 years old, they have a great time,
