Good hotel near the airport and, as far as we are concerned, quite well connected to the center of Valencia. Bus stop 104A and B 200 meters and metro to Santa Rita, a short walk. Friendly staff, spacious and clean rooms, we also had dinner, healthy and good food although without pretense of refinement but at an honest price. Overall a very positive experience.

Our experience at Hotel Táctica has been very disappointing and is a far cry from what is expected of a four star hotel. As soon as we arrive, we are informed that our room had two single beds when we had booked a double bed. The explanation was that there was “no availability” and that this type of bed was “on request”. However, we found at that same time on the hotel website that there were rooms with double bed available for the same night (21 March). A difficult situation to understand and quite frustrating. The restaurant experience was even worse. We ordered a cream and cod. The cod came on a tomato base that was clearly in bad shape: the smell was sour and unpleasant. We communicated it to the waitress, which was the best thing of the whole stay: very professional, friendly and attentive at all times, trying to solve the situation with a lot of politeness. Still, the solution was not adequate. They brought us the same cod with scraps of that bad tomato, which still smelled the same. Finally we asked to be served the cod with nothing, and after a long wait (about 30 minutes), it arrived raw inside. Obviously, we decided not to eat it for health reasons. As compensation, they had the detail of not charging us for drinks, which is appreciated, but clearly insufficient in the face of what happened. As for the room, the state of cleanliness was very poor: accumulated dust, dirty surfaces, careless bathroom, dirty bulkhead... even in the fridge there was such an amount of dust that could be written on it. A general feeling of total abandonment. Also, uncomfortable mattresses and very low pillows. It is a shame, because the hotel is not old and has potential, but it gives the feeling that it has not been invested in maintenance or quality control for some time. In short, a very negative experience. We will not return and would not recommend it. Of course, we want to highlight especially the excellent attention of the waitress of the restaurant (brunette girl, thin, with curly hair), whose treatment was impeccable and very professional despite the situation.

Hotel located very close to Valencia very good to visit paterna is close to all restaurants and shops.The rooms are very spacious we asked for one where there were two separate beds everything very clean, the bathroom very spacious with everything needed for the toilet, everything very clean, we did not take breakfast but there is restaurant where you can eat and dine I have to highlight its heated pool open until 10 at night where it makes it perfect if you come tired to take a relaxing bath has no parking but yes there is parking nearby I recommend it 100
